Recipe: Roasted Kabocha with Kale-Cranberry Stuffing
Kabocha is a Japanese pumpkin, and this recipe makes a perfect, hearty meal. Rather than bread cubes, the stuffing for this dish is made with my Basic BROL, combined with onion, celery, kale, and cranberries.
